We cannot wait to get you your Meld Apparel, and will dispatch these as soon as possible! We guarantee that we will process your order within 24 hours, and ship by the following business day. We use AN POST, Irish Postal Service to ship all items.

 

Your satisfaction is important to us! (Return/Exchange information)

 Please Note- CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. No refund or exchange is available for these items.  

We believe in creating clothes that are sustainable, flatter and help you feel empowered to move! So if something doesn’t suit, you have the option to return or exchange the item for a refund. 

Process:

  1. Alert us within 21 days if you wish to refund/exchange your order/item. After 21 days (3 weeks) sales are considered final, and there is no option to exchange or return.  

  1. Email sales@meldapparel.com. Please include your name, order number and tell us what you’re returning and why (we need to know why so we can follow up if we’ve made an error). If you wish to exchange the item, we will also need to know what you want in return (style and size).

  2. Post the parcel back to- Meld Apparel, Coad, Caherdaniel, Co. Kerry, Ireland V93 WF78

  3. Once the clothing is received and checked for no signs of wear; we will process and immediate refund, or post out your exchange to the original order address. Please note if you received free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from the return price.  In the ROI these are €5, and €8 to the UK. 

Please do not wear the item is you wish to return it. If the item shows signs of wear, or tags removed, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
